General Requirements

  3. Pessionate on develop Guest Experience and Hotel Reputation 
  4. Excellent in negotiating and Interpersonal skill 
  5. Strong analytical and numerical sens specifically in the statistic 
  6. Strong knowledge on Guest Satisfaction and Loyalty Program 
  7. Strong Interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities 
  8. Attention to detail ability handling critical issue
